A Celebration of Cheese at DBGB

Join DBGB DC for a special evening of cheese, hosted by Chef Daniel Boulud’s Head Fromager Pascal Vittu in collaboration with Virginia’s very own International Gourmet Foods’ Cheese Specialilst, Karen Dee. The evening will begin with a cheese buffet, boasting an expansive selection of the best fresh cheeses at their peak ripeness, along with their American counterparts. Following the buffet, Executive Chef Nicholas Tang will serve a three-course meal that spotlights French imports in each dish, with wine pairings offered by DBGB’s head sommelier, Raphael Ventresca.
