Department 56 Snow Village "Skate & Ski Shop" #54674 House Town 1994 retrd 1998

This has an approx 1” crack on the base corner with approx 1/4” chip on the edge. Still very secure. No movement or grinding and doesn’t go all the way through.
Has no box but is packed in original box and styrofoam. The box has tears and water stains but the water didn’t soak even into the styrofoam .
The front of the box and base of the piece has owners name blocked out.
