Hours of Operation

24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Overhead doors are closed by Security every morning at 2am and reopened at 5am. Patrons are able to exit, but not enter the garage at this time.

Weekends = $10.00 (Daily Flat Rate – must exit before 2am)
Early Bird = $14.00 (Flat Rate – M-F in between 5am-9am – out by 6pm)
Lost Ticket Price = $27.00

Monthly Parking: $285
Modified Monthly Parking (limited to 3 days a week): $185
Reverse Commuter (can only park after 2pm): $175

Public Parking

Entrances to the garage are located on 11th Street NW and 9th Street NW. Pay-On-Foot paystations are conveniently located by elevators and stairwells.

EVgo charging stations are available. Charging subject to hourly fees. Contact the Parking Office for more details.

Valet Parking
Valet is temporarily closed on H & I Streets.

Street Parking
Metered street parking is available on New York Avenue and H, I, 9th, 10th and 11th Streets.

Car Wash
Eco Car Wash is available Monday-Friday from 7am-2pm and on Sunday from 10am-5pm, in the CityCenterDC parking garage. Drop off is located at the bottom of the 11th Street entrance ramp, on the P2 level of the parking garage. Visiting by Metro

The Blue, Orange or Red lines stop at MetroCenter, just a few blocks away. The Yellow, Green and Red lines stop at Gallery Place–Chinatown, two blocks south east. A number of bus lines, as well as the Circulator Bus stop in front of CityCenterDC.

Visiting by Bike

CityCenterDC has a number of bike racks throughout the site and public parking garage, for those visiting by bike.
