Chef Amy’s Stela Series
Experience Chef Amy Brandwein’s 8-course tasting menu with an optional wine pairing in Centrolina’s private Chef’s Salon.
Guided by her mantra, “simple is exquisite,” Chef Amy’s menu highlights the seasonal bounty of the Mid-Atlantic and the elegance and versatility of Italian cuisine.
The tasting menu changes weekly and is offered most Fridays at 7 PM. Seating is limited. Dinner is $175 per person, with an optional wine pairing available for $125 per person.
