RESTAURANT Week at CityCenterDC
From August 24–30, Metropolitan Washington Restaurant Week invites diners to explore the city through a week of specially curated menus. At CityCenterDC, three restaurants offer three very different expressions of the season: Seven Reasons brings vibrant Latin American flavors, Estuary celebrates the bounty of the Mid-Atlantic, and Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse delivers its signature take on the classic American steakhouse.
Whether you are discovering a new table or returning to a favorite, Restaurant Week is the perfect excuse to make a reservation, settle in and enjoy a memorable three-course experience.
At Seven Reasons, Chef Enrique Limardo’s modern Latin American cuisine takes center stage with a menu built around bold flavors, unexpected pairings and ingredients that travel across the Americas.
For lunch at $35, begin with a choice of Caesar Salad, Beef Carpaccio or Scallops Crudo. The Caesar combines crisp romaine, house-made dressing, Parmesan and crispy shallots, while the Beef Carpaccio is paired with yucca bites, avocado-jalapeño purée and hearts of palm aioli. For something lighter and distinctly summery, the Scallops Crudo brings nectarine aguachile, tomato cherries and apricots.
The second course moves from Chicken & Mole, served with green rice, guava mole, yogurt cream and pickled carrot, to Rainbow Trout with crispy quinoa salad, cherry tomato and almond cream cheese. A Peri-Peri Cauliflower offers a vegetable-forward option with butternut squash purée, peri-peri sauce and tomato-shallot salad.
Dessert keeps the Latin American influence going with Brazo Gitano, Quesillo, a traditional Venezuelan flan, or a scoop of ice cream featuring flavors such as spicy chocolate, marshmallow and whiskey, vanilla and rotating sorbets.
For dinner at $65, the experience becomes even more expansive. Begin with the Caesar Salad, Beef Carpaccio or Scallops Crudo, followed by Filet Catch of the Day, Pork Tenderloin with roasted green onion, potato and carrot gratin and pork jus, or Cabbage with roasted purple cabbage, za’atar adobo, mango chutney and piquillo pepper romesco.
Finish with Bienmesabe, a sponge cake with cinnamon ice cream, coconut custard and meringue; Marquesa de Chocolate with chocolate cream, condensed milk and Maria cookie crumble; or Guava Cheesecake with goat-cream cheese ice cream, guava espuma and guava glass.

A Taste of the Mid-Atlantic
At Estuary, the Restaurant Week menu looks closer to home, drawing inspiration from the Chesapeake and the seasonal ingredients of the Mid-Atlantic. The three-course dinner, priced at $65, brings together seafood, produce and thoughtful combinations in a contemporary American style.
The first course offers three distinct expressions of the season: Corn Custard with Mid-Atlantic corn, crab, trout roe and pickled mustard seeds; Roasted Fennel Salad with house-made lemon ricotta and green peas; or Citrus-Macerated Duck with pickled chiles, lime aioli and corn masa.
For the main course, diners can choose between a delicate Crispy Squash Blossom with asparagus and almond purée and seasonal greens; New York Strip accompanied by onion jus, potato purée and squash; or Pan-Seared Scallops with baby corn, peas and saffron beurre blanc.
Dessert takes a distinctly late-summer turn with Roasted & Toasted, pairing red plum compote and grilled poundcake with sunflower butter. An optional wine pairing is also available, making the menu especially suited to a leisurely evening at Estuary.

The evening begins with a choice of refined starters, including Lobster Bisque, Classic Caesar, Blue Cheese Lettuce Wedge or Wagyu Meatballs. Guests can also opt for Del’s Jumbo Lump Crab Cake or Shrimp Cocktail, available with an upgrade.
For the main course, the menu moves between land and sea. Choose Pan-Roasted Arka Salmon with baby artichokes, pea and edamame purée, morel mushrooms and beurre blanc; a 16 oz.
