Using the interactive Aerview touchscreen, guests control every element of the session in real time, adjusting pressure and intensity, focusing on specific muscle groups, and curating music, lighting, and visuals. Preferences are saved automatically, creating a seamless return experience throughout your stay.

Powered by advanced technology, Aescape’s synchronized massage arms deliver consistent, accurate pressure, offering the benefits of a traditional 60-minute massage in just 30 minutes. Current programs focus on the upper body and glutes, with sessions designed to integrate effortlessly into even the busiest schedules. This 60-second yoga flow is an easy, accessible reset you can return to anytime. It’s created to calm the mind, release built-up tension, and gently stretch the body after hours spent at a computer or moving through a busy day. Through slow breath and intuitive movement, this short practice helps ease anxiety, restore focus, and reconnect you to your body.

1. Begin by bringing your knees wide and your big toes together. Lower your hips back and settle into Child’s Pose. Let your arms reach long and your forehead rest down as you take a slow inhale.

2. On your next inhale, gently shift forward into Tabletop, stacking your shoulders over your wrists and your hips over your knees.
Inhale into Cow Pose, dropping your belly as you open your chest and lift your gaze.

3. Exhale into Cat Pose, rounding your spine and tucking your chin toward your chest. Inhale as you tuck your toes under.

4. Exhale, lifting your hips back and up into Downward Facing Dog. Take a moment here to move intuitively, pedaling through your feet or bending your knees to ease into the pose. On an inhale, soften your gaze forward.

5. Exhale and take small, slow steps to meet your hands at the top of the mat.

6. Arrive in Ragdoll Pose with a generous bend in your knees. Let your head hang heavy and your spine decompress. You may interlace your elbows and gently sway side to side.

7. For an optional shoulder release, clasp your hands behind your back and allow your arms to fall forward, creating space across the chest. When ready, release and return to Ragdoll.
Inhale as you heel-toe your feet together.

8. Exhale, slowly rising to stand, letting your head be the last to lift.
Roll your shoulders back, soften your gaze, and allow your arms to rest naturally by your sides.
