The Young Artists Showcase is a curated exhibition celebrating emerging artists ages 14–25. Held at the Museum of Illusions DC in the heart of Washington, DC, this exhibition offers young creatives the opportunity to showcase their work in a professional museum setting, connect with fellow artists, and gain valuable exhibition experience

We welcome artwork in all mediums, including:
Painting • Drawing • Photography • Sculpture • Textile Art • Digital Art • Mixed Media • Installation (subject to approval) • And more
How to Apply:
- Complete the online application.
- Upload 1–5 high-quality JPG images (2–5 MB each) of your original artwork.
- Indicate whether each piece is For Sale or Exhibition Only.
Important Dates:
- Application Deadline: September 1, 11:59 PM
- Artist Notification: By September 12
- Artwork Drop-Off: September 13–20
- Opening Reception: October 1, 6–8 PM
- Public Exhibition: October 2–4
Selection Process:
Applications will be reviewed by a selection committee led by Museum Curator Lina Alattar. Artwork will be selected based on creativity, originality, artistic quality, emotional depth, and overall contribution to the exhibition.
