This spring, Centrolina invites guests to experience the cherry blossom season through its acclaimed Stela series, an intimate chef-led dining concept that celebrates culture, storytelling, and seasonal ingredients.
On March 27, Chef Amy Brandwein presents a special cherry blossom edition of the Stela series, an 8-course tasting menu inspired by the cultural connection between Japan and Washington, DC.
